Login Problems and Member Information

When becoming a member there are steps that you can take to make sure your login is perfect. Here is a guide to help you login or subscribe properly. Mistakes can be made in even the smallest ways you just need to make sure that you copy passwords and spell your username correctly. Look at digits in the password carefully so you don’t mistake a digit for something else, for example; | for 1. Once you become a member enjoy browsing and downloading issues which only members can access. Login and Subscribe

		If you are already a member of JAB you click Login. This will take you to the login page. If you are not a member this is where you sign up. Click Subscribe and you will be directed to the subscribe page
		By clicking on Login you will be asked for your Username and Password. You can only login here if you have subscribed because you will given a unique password which you must also enter here.
		If you are new and clicked on Subscribe a window that looks similar to the login page will appear. You will be asked to give a username, this can be a nickname or or real name, and you need to give a valid email address. If there is a mistake with your email address you will be asked to check it or enter a different one. If your username is already in the system you will be asked to create a new one.

Subscribing

	You will be asked to register and if you would like to take part in the questionnaire to keep up to date with news and promotions.
	Once you sign yourself up by giving us a username and a valid email address you will receive an email for verification of your identity. Click on the link given and wait for another email.
	You will then receive another email with your username and unique password. When you enter your password make sure that you copy it with the up most care so you will be able to login. If you can’t see some of the text copy it onto notepad so you can see each character properly and get the password perfect. You can also copy and paste the password however make sure you don’t copy a space because it will not work.

Being a Member

	Once you are logged in you will be directed to the dashboard where you can either go back to the main web site by the link in the top left corner and still be logged in to access the member downloads, or you could change details in your profile to the way you want it.
	If you click on the top right side where it says Turbo, the Turbo screen will appear. This Turbo will speed up the page load time. This is optional.
	You can also change the colour schemes, personal data and contact information by clicking on profile. You can write things about yourself and as soon as you’re done just click Update at the bottom of the page.
